The First Blue Agave
of the Holy Land
Pioneering a world-class spirit from the heart of the Negev Desert
Our Vision
What started as a "crazy idea" by Avi Leitner and Avi Rosenfeld has become a groundbreaking agricultural venture. After experiencing the finest tequilas in Mexico, we recognized the striking similarities between Jalisco's climate and Israel's Negev Desert.
Today, we're cultivating the first blue agave in the Holy Land, creating an authentic Jewish Zionist project that turns the desert green while building a sustainable future for Gaza border communities.
